Most monsters utter words related to their needs; however, they are also able to respond to objects surrounding them, for instance, the Steroid Monster reminiscing about Hyun-sun’s weapon. Most monsters are driven by the desire to eat and are extremely sensitive to sounds. They will attack any uninfected human upon sight. They will not usually attack other monsters unless in certain situations . Nightmares can also stop eating human beings if they notice any apparent indications of disease. But, they’ll continue to attack if the person is recognized as antagonistic to monsters. Monsters do not also die in the same way as humans do. They recover from most organ damage and injuries starting from their necks down. However, the skull can be damaged if a portion of it is destroyed and unable to regenerate. The possibility of killing a beast brutally crushes and disfigures the creature’s body.
Sweet Home Monsters: Transformation

03 Eye Ball Monster
The Eyeball Monster is known for being a peeping tom at its most, which is evident in the scene in which it gazes directly at Hyun in an open window. The creature has an exaggerated head with big eyes that are penetrating and extend its neck for a considerable distance. Though it doesn’t share an identical man-eating, disgusting character as other creatures, it can attack anyone when provoked to show its fangs.
When a person cut off the head of the monster, The Eyeball Monster regenerated, but instead of an expanded charge, it was sporting an enlarged neck covered in tiny eyeballs.
