With the completion of the 2025 PGA Tour regular season, FedEx Cup Playoffs and now the Fall Finish, it's fun to look back at our annual tracking of every driver used by a winner during the course of the tour year. It's a compelling endeavor as it provides an interesting way to review the year while also offering a closer look at the best technology used on tour. Sami Valimaki's win at the RSM Classic, gave Titliest its 14th victory of the year, tops among all manufacturers. Ping followed with 12 wins, while TaylorMade had 11 victories. Next came Callaway with six wins, Srixon with three and Mizuno with one. Here's a look at each tournament winner, the driver he used and an interesting stat.
Sami Valimaki, The RSM Classic
Mike Mulholland
Driver: Titleist GT3 (Project X HZRDUS Smoke Red PDX 70 TX), 8 degrees
Key driving stat: In grabbing his first PGA Tour title, and becoming the first Finnish winner in tour history, Valimaki was a solid T-18 in fairways hit for the week at 71.43 percent.
• • •
Adam Schenk, Butterfield Bermuda Championship
Mike Mulholland
Driver: Ping G400 (Fujikura Ventus Black 7X), 10.5 degrees
Key driving stat: Schenk claimed his first career PGA Tour win while finishing T-20 in both driving accuracy (57.14 percent) and driving distance (265.60 yards).
• • •
Ben Griffin, World Wide Technology Championship
Alex Slitz
Driver: Ping G430 Max 10K (UST Mamiya Lin-Q V1 7TX Proto shaft), 9 degrees
Key driving stat: Griffin grabbed his third title of 2025, joining Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler as the only players with three or more victories, by hitting an impressive 91.07 fairways at El Cardonal at Diamante Los Cabos.
In a family of wide-body, ultra-forgiving drivers, the Max 10K is the beefiest, nearly filling the size and shape limitations set forth in the rules. That size, along with a heavy and fixed tungsten weight in the back of this massive head, pushes stability on off-center hits to the highest in company history and the edge of golf’s rules. Those limits regulate how stable a head is from heel to toe, but this driver goes another step by stabilizing how the head resolves mis-hits high and low. A carbon-composite crown section keeps the center of gravity low to control spin, too.
• • •
Michael Brennan, Bank of Utah Championship
Mike Mulholland
Driver: Titleist GT3 (Project X HZRDUS Smoke Blue RDX 70 TX), 9 degrees
Key driving stat: Amid all the lava landings outside the fairways (and the penalty strokes that applied for big misses), you had to drive the ball well at Black Desert Resort to win, and that's what Brennan did. He led the field in strokes gained/off the tee with a massive 7.616 total. That was 3.4 strokes more than then Rico Hoey, who finished second for the week. It was also the highest week-long SG/off-the-tee number of any player throughout the 2025 PGA Tour season.
• • •
Xander Schauffele, Baycurrent Classic
Yoshimasa Nakano
Driver: Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond (Mitsubishi Chemical Diamana PD 70TX shaft), 10.5 degrees
Key driving stat: En route to shooting a closing 64 and grabbing his first win since the 2024 Open Championship 15 months previously, Schauffele went a perfect 15 for 15 in fairways hit during the final round. For the week at Yokohama Country Club, he was 48 of 60, good for a tie for seventh place.
The lowest spinning model in the family was developed with the help of data from elite golfers and tour players. It uses a distinct multi-thickness face, designed through the use of artificial intelligence, that focuses on enhancing performance on center hits. Slightly heavier than the standard models, it aims to produce a neutral ball flight. The largely carbon-composite crown and sole save weight to make room for interchangeable weights in the front and rear of the sole. Callaway says this version improves downrange dispersion over last year’s Paradym TD by 34 percent.
• • •
Steven Fisk, Sanderson Farms Championship
Jonathan Bachman
Driver: Mizuno ST-Z 230 (Mitsubishi Kuro Kage White XD 70 TX), 9.5 degrees
Key driving stat: To win in his 26th career PGA Tour start, this rookie had a great week off the tee, ranking fifth in strokes gained/off the tee (3.939). He was fifth for the week in driving distance and T-11 in fairways hit.
• • •
Scottie Scheffler, Procore Championship
Jed Jacobsohn
Driver: TaylorMade Qi10 (Fujikura Ventus Black 7X), 8 degrees
Key driving stat: How are you going to beat Scottie Scheffler when he's always dominating strokes gained/off the tee? You probably aren't. At Napa, Scheffler was second for the week in the category (4.614). He was third in driving distance on all holes (304 yards) and fifth in fairways hit (34 of 56).
Among the improvements here—beyond better overall stability on mis-hits on the heel and toe and high and low—is the increased use of carbon composite in the crown. Now stretching almost seamlessly to the top of the face, the crown saves weight to help increase stability on off-center hits and to lower the center of gravity for reduced spin and better energy transfer. The structure of the channel in the sole now gives more at impact to deliver extra flex to the face for faster ball speed, particularly on lower hits on the face.
• • •
Tommy Fleetwood, Tour Championship
Jared C. Tilton
Driver: TaylorMade Qi35 (Fujikura Ventus Blue 6X), 10.5 degrees
Key driving stat: Fleetwood struggled with his driver in the final round at East Lake, but still managed to finish tied for fourth from the 30-man field in driving accuracy, hitting 42 of 56 fairways.
• • •
Scottie Scheffler, BMW Championship
Andy Lyons
Driver: TaylorMade Qi10 (Fujikura Ventus Black 7X), 8 degrees
Key driving stat: Scheffler's impressive driving display in the 2025 season continues at Caves Valley as he finished No. 1 on the week in strokes gained/off the tee (5.302). The worst Scheffler ranked in any single round was fifth. For the week he was second in distance (326.4 yards on measured holes) and T-3 in accuracy (41 of 56 fairways hit).
• • •

• • •
Cameron Young, Wyndham Championship
Jared C. Tilton
Driver: Titleist GT2 (Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Pro Orange 70 TX), 9 degrees
Key driving stat: In (finally) capturing his maiden PGA Tour—and getting himself kicked out of this prize money club you don't necessarily want to be a part of—Young finished second for the week in strokes gained/off the tee (4.571). That was fueled by being second in average driving distance (332.9 yards) on the two measured holes at Sedgefield Country Club.
• • •
Kurt Kitayama, 3M Open
Andrew Wevers
Driver: Titleist GT3 (Graphite Design Tour AD VF-7 TX), 11 degrees
Key driving stat: Kitayama ranked 23rd for the week in strokes gained/off the tee (1.71), thanks to being sixth in average driving distance (304.8 yards).
• • •
Scottie Scheffler, Open Championship
Christian Petersen
Driver: TaylorMade Qi10 (Fujikura Ventus Black 7X), 8 degrees
Key driving stat: Scheffler wasn't the longest or straightest player at Royal Portrush, but his driver more often than not left him in places where he could be aggressive and not worry about losing a big lead in the final round. He was 48th in strokes gained/off the tee (+0.98) while averaging 313 yards, ranking him 22nd for the week.
• • •
Ryan Gerard, Barracuda Championship
Lachlan Cunningham
Driver: Titleist GT3 (Fujikura Ventus Black TR), 11 degrees

As has been the case throughout the season, distance off the tee was his biggest weapon, as he ranked third in average yardage off the tee with all drives (318.2 yards).
• • •
William Mouw, ISCO Championship
Dylan Buell
Driver: Ping G400 LST (Mitsubishi KuroKage DT 60TX), 8.5 degrees

Brian Campbell, John Deere Classic
David Berding
Driver: Ping G440 LST (Fujikura Ventus Black 6x), 10.5 degrees
Key driving stat: Campbell doesn't bomb it off the tee, finishing 64th in average driving distance for the week. But his accuracy helped make up for that fact, as he ranked 11th in fairways hit (43 of 58).
• • •
Aldrich Potgieter, Rocket Classic
Raj Mehta
Driver: Titleist GT2 (Fujikura Ventus Black 8x), 9 degrees
Key driving stat: Much has been made with how fast the 20-year-old South African swings the driver, with ball speeds hitting 196 miles per hour. No wonder he led the field this week in average driving distance on measured drives (337.2 yards) and was seventh for the week in strokes gained/off the tee.
• • •
Keegan Bradley, Travelers Championship
Andrew Redington
Driver: Ping G430 LST (Fujikura Ventus Black 6X), 10.5 degrees

• • •
Scottie Scheffler, Memorial
Icon Sportswire
Driver: TaylorMade Qi10 (Fujikura Ventus Black 7X), 8 degrees
Key driving stat: Scheffler's game off the tee was near flawless at Muirfield Village as he finished second in strokes-gained/OTT (3.933). He gained more than a stroke in each of the final three rounds while averageing 290.6 yards on all holes for the week.
• • •

• • •
Scottie Scheffler, PGA Championship
Andrew Redington
Driver: TaylorMade Qi10 (Fujikura Ventus Black 7X), 8 degrees
Key driving stat: Let's start with the fact that Scheffler has to change driver heads on Tuesday after his "gamer" was deemed non-conforming during a CT driver test. He still managed to finish sixth in stroke gained/off the tee with his new club.
• • •
Sepp Straka, Truist Championship
Andrew Redington
Driver: Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond (Fujikura Ventus Blue 6X), 9 degrees
Key driving stat: Straka wasn't the longest play last week, but Philadelphia Cricket Club didn't require you be a bomber to succeed. What he did do right was find the fairways, hitting 60.71 percent for the week to tie for 19th place among all golfers in the field.
• • •
Ryan Fox, ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic
Jonathan Bachman
Driver: Srixon ZXi (Fujikura Ventus Black 7 TX), 10.5 degrees

• • •
Scottie Scheffler, The CJ Cup Byron Nelson
Sam Hodde
Driver: TaylorMade Qi10 (Fujikura Ventus Black 7X), 8 degrees
Key driving stat: Scheffler finished third in strokes gained/off the tee (5.439). That number was fueled by a T-4 showing in fairways hit (40 of 56) and a T-12 performance in driving distance (304.0 yard average).
• • •
Andrew Novak and Ben Griffin, Zurich Classic of New Orleans

With back-to-back 64s on the weekend, it was good enough for the former Pepperdine All-American to secure his first PGA Tour title.
• • •
Brian Campbell, Mexico Open
Hector Vivas
Driver: Ping G440 LST (Fujikura Ventus Black 6x), 10.5 degrees
Key driving stat: Campbell was the beneficiary of a big break when his wayward drive on the second playoff hole looked like it was heading out of bounds only to hit a tree and bounce back into play. Key driving stat: McIlroy's superior play off the tee was on full display at Pebble Beach, where he led the field in strokes gained/off the tee (5.970). The biggest shot of Rory's final round was a titanic 339-yard drive on the par-4 14th hole, which found the fairway and allowed him to hit a 7-iron on to the green, leading to an eagle that took all the pressure off the final four holes of tournament.

Key driving stat: Matsuyama broke the PGA Tour record with his 35-under total in part by finishing tied for seventh in driving accuacy, hitting 45 of 60 fairways.
This model combines the large, confidence-inspiring shape of the standard ZX5 with the low-forward center of gravity seen on the ZX7. An eight-gram weight positioned forward in the sole helps to make this the lowest spinning of the three models. Its neutral ball flight and mid- to high-launch angle caters to more aggressive swingers looking to max out distance. With the weight forward in the sole, expect a little less forgiveness on off-center hits compared to the standard ZX5 but somewhat more than the ZX7.
